Someone else was driving my car and I got the ticket in the mail addressed to the "owner of the vehicle" . I know there is pretty much 0% chance of fighting it for not guilty but I hope they can at least reduce it. Do I choose "Option 1 Trial Option" or "Option 2 Early Resolution" to get it reduced ?

Either or will work. Early resolution will get you a quicker date, though. You can probably expect anywhere up to a 50% reduction.
