I need help. I just ran a red light and was caught by a red light camera. I know there is no excuse for this one as there is a picture of my car crossing while the red light appears. Which is the best option for me to proceed. Option 1 or option 2? I would like to just reduce my fine. Does this affect my insurance? Thanks!
Caught running a red light by a red light camera. Which is better option 1 to go trial or option 2 for early resolution
Re: Caught running a red light by a red light camera. Which is better option 1 to go trial or option 2 for early resolution
Choose an early resolution and see if you can have the fine reduced. That is, if it's worth it to you. You might save $100 or so.
No, they do not impact insurance. They are glorified parking tickets.
