I requested trial and the disclosure indicated the serial number of the radar unit was not available, so i made additional disclosure requesting more information about the radar unit, (general-talk/requesting-disclosure-rada ... t7372.html) which the court has said the officer has not responded/not provided any info. What should I be doing to prepare for fighting this ticket in court? I have a police officer friend who says that if they cannot provide the serial number I should be able to get it dropped.
