I think I was nabbed by a Red Light Camera in Hamilton but at the time I had New Brunswick plates. I tried to look up if the legislation covers out of province but couldn't find conclusive information.

If a ticket is issued, it will be sent to the registered owner of the plates in NB and they are expected to pay it.
