Funny thing about the video is that it was taken with a $60 camera. Apparently only three people so far have beaten charges laid by the new OPP aircraft, although one of those was a fluke (JP made an interesting ruling). There's no way that Odot could keep up to Bookm with a Cessna 206. :lol:
