For a new customer the 3 year check. If a customer lied they can just cancel in the case of a claim.
I believe it is more then just paying to get the extended 5 year check.

Re: Can I drive parents car and renew sticker/medical suspen
You can renew the sticker's just take in the form and pay.(or on-line)
They will keep the insurance on it as long as it is paid up.
Anyone can own a car suspended or not.
As to your driving it casually not likely an issue. You could add your name to the insurance if you wanted to use the car a lot.
You can buy/sell cars with no license.

Re: Passenger failing to wear seat belt - dispute?
The laws have to cover all vehicles. From "buggies to now".
If your vehicle came with a seat belt it should be used.
A animal ate my seat belt defense may be a bit weak.
In some older cars there only lap belts in the center.
Usually this kind of ticket comes out some kind of foolishness from a passenger.

The spot where the ticket is alleged is important. The court may not have jurisdiction if "say" you were driving from vaughn to toronto.
Maybe the boundary comes into effect?
If they screw up that stuff it is almost auto dismissed.
You do need to point it out before they can amend it though.
Object before they read the charge.

Get discloser and see if the cop wrote down any of what you said here to him/her.
It really sucks when you total a friends car.
Luck with it. I hope you take another driving lesson or two before trying that again.

The number used on the course is 15-20 mg/100ml alcohol elimination rate.
I forgot where it comes from but the second test does not have to take place at the station. It can be with a second roadside device. So the answer is maybe depending on where the nearest instrument is.

On Soudan east off Holley going east (toronto). I always wondered about this sign/road line.
At dunfield there is a stop sign on the hydro pole about 3 meters before the stop line.
The stop line is equal with the middle of a driveway.
Most cars just slow down anyway (not really stopping)but I was always curious about the correct place to stop.
