Lesson 2
don't rely on my answers.

Think about this

To get a conviction the crown needs to prove the event happened.

In your case to prove that they need a witness.

Imagine how hard it is to get all three of you together.

You have at least one stay if not 3.

Compliment your wife

My wife was standing in front of the mirror in the bathroom the other night looking at herself. After a while, she said " I am ugly, old, and fat. I need you to give me a compliment.

I looked at her and after a moment said "Your eyesight is dam near perfect"

Last one for now lol

Hello,

I am being charged with 175(19).

The driver's witness statement from the disclosure package states that he had stopped, and that my vehicle was six car lengths away (approaching, and two lanes over with a posted speed limit of 80kmh, ideal road conditions).

The statements I made to the officer who served me the ticket (made in writing in ...

Hello, yesterday I was driving home from a football game with my moms car (that she let me take) when I went through a spot check. Low and behold, I was pulled over and given a fine for "G1 driver unacompanied by qualified driver" that was 110$. Now my question is, will I be receiving a license suspension? If the jp reverts it it is like the first ticket. And the jp can change the price.(like back to the $30 original)

That is all that needs to be paid.

If I was you I would attend the parking ticket office and ask about the ticket.
What you need is the fine page(s) (I say that because that price sounds like more then 1 ticket)

Next ask for the forms to ask for an extension.(or where to get them).

Once you have that stuff you can visit the court and ask to talk to a jp.

Re: First post: Is there a speed allowance for overtaking?

If you fight the ticket you will get an extended time Until you are guilty.
Doing this will help with the 2 tickets in 3 years.
On the day of the trial you can pay if you want but it will a delay to the insurance finding out about it.

It may even get you past the time where the 1rst one is past.

Re: How green is a green vehicle?

I think the key is "no energy use" when in stop and go traffic.
Every engine has a sweet spot with maximum power and least effort.
New cars have 8-10 speed transmissions that help a lot.
I had a 3800 buick that would be 25 % better millage at 135 kph ,then at 100 kph.
Then again 20 years ago I had a 400 Suzuki that would get 85 miles per gallon ...

Wow.

Extrapolating from what you are saying, the officer is, of course, not obligated to inform the driver of any additional charges he MIGHT CONSIDER in addition to the offence notice he is actually handing out.
If so, would this not open the door to a "and NOW I am going to teach you!" reaction when the driver decides to plead not guilty? If ...
