Hello, yesterday I was driving home from a football game with my moms car (that she let me take) when I went through a spot check. If the jp reverts it it is like the first ticket. And the jp can change the price.(like back to the $30 original)

If I was you I would attend the parking ticket office and ask about the ticket.
What you need is the fine page(s) (I say that because that price sounds like more then 1 ticket)

Next ask for the forms to ask for an extension.(or where to get them).

Once you have that stuff you can visit the court and ask to talk to a jp.
