Re: license suspended but ownership of a car?
I am not sure about medical reasons. But I know that a person with a suspended license for unpaid fines can own as many cars as they can afford and insure.

The jp may ask you...(when did the light change to red?)as you pass by it.
You must tell the truth ie...still yellow
I only saw that done .never did it
But they did ask when.
if you say just it changed is not good. (as that mean you were late)
so make sure you and father remember that it still yellow when you passed it. not anything else.

Write down all that you believe the leo said.
When leo say stuff like this prosecutor does like.
When it happened to me the charge was just dropped at early resolution.
I don't write a long story. It is important that you write all down.

When you get a ticket like that, you, go back to like a beginner driver. So each year, after, will lower your rate (if ticket free).
After 3 years of no tickets/no claims, you could shop around a bit, but most likely your present place will suit best.

not sure why above did that...
It used to work if you object before anything spoken.
I was just wondering if that still goes?
(I had a ticket for whatever amount from: cop saying I was going 120 mph and you going way faster..he present)
I object before
they threw it out.
Just wondering why that not work?

@daggx - good catch!
Yes a missing location is a fatal error. However in order to beat the fatal error you must NOT go to trial because they can fix/amend the error once the trial starts.
What I would do is fax a letter to both the prosecutor and the clerk ASAP. In the letter I would say this:
"With regards to my ticket#123ABC , it has come to ...

Re: Ministry Interview
I went to one about 40 years ago.
You enter and the guy asks for your license, then asks you why you should get it back.
In my case I explained about getting a v8 car that was faster then I had been used to.
And as I could not afford any more tickets I would for sure go slower from now on.
In the next 40 years I have gotten only 1 speeding ticket ...

Re: Disobey Sign - Fail to Stop
well I had an old camera that I could use any (time stamp)day I like.
But now what happens is the date on the camera.
walmart or any repro will show the date.
90% the prosecuter will take one look then bail.(if you have a big pile)
make 3 of all for a bigger pile.....you need to present each pic for evidence. So keep track if they do in fact ...

Date/Time.stamp is easy to fake.
If the sign is really covered, report that (keep records),and fill your boots with pics
the bigger the stack the better.
All above is based on something is blocking sign.

not sure if this helps
I used the new system for renewal. I did it on-line worked great.
I printed the receipt.
It explains clearly where to put the sticker on plate.
Nothing about the other sticker.
Not sure if no direction is a help.
The kit did have full directions but the other stickers could be confusing.

I believe stunt driving is 50k over posted speed.
Back when I took drivers ed it was double the speed limit to lose your ticket.
(but at that time no rules for off road vehicles)
challenge it and see what offer is.

update:
He missed his court date. 1-2 months later they stopped him and impound car.
(lost for 45 days)
At court all charges were dropped and order to return car. (2500.00 impound charge dropped too)
My question is who paid the impound fee?
It just seems odd case.

Plate sticker
For the first time I renewed my sticker on-line.
It was fairly painless but left me with a question.
my sticker expires on may 31 and the receipt says to call them in 31 days if I have any problems getting new one in mail.
so potentially I might have to drive up to 3 weeks with expired sticker.
Is the receipt considered a valid proof of sticker ...

I have not been to court in 7-8 years.
I think one of the charges is not in proper jurisdiction.
not sure if it still works but:
as they start to read charge object!
say there is no jurisdiction.
you have to do it at right time or they amend.
anyway good luck

He reported it to the collision report place.
They gave him a ticket for careless. box for witness is ckd.
I think total $ is 460.00
