Red Light Camera Ticket- Early Resolution
Hi guys,
Posting for my son. He was driving a company vehicle and got this RL Camera ticket (Clocked at 1.4sec) and that was in Jan 2023. Applied for Erly Rs. and got the response last month and the date is for Oct 2024.
Is it possible to claim 11b? Or any other defence startegy to get the ticket thrown out?

Signage is certain Ontario must be in both French and English.
If it isn't, it may be possible for the charge to be withdrawn.
The key is that the municipality must have a bylaw accepting this condition in their municipality. Windsor is one such place.
