toronto bylaw 132/93 section 3(a) "Drive non designated vehicle in reserved lane during prohibited hours" does it go in your driving records? will it affect insurance?

I'm just curious, did you get this on Yonge Street or Dufferin Street Toronto?

Neither. It wasn't on the 400 series either.

by-law tickets don't appear on your driving record and won't affect your insurance premiums there are some by-law tickets associated with prohibited turns that involve 2 demerit points, but those won't affect your insurance unless you've collected enough points to get your license suspended http://www.ontariohighwaytrafficact.com/post23890.html

Thanks. So that means insurance companies will never ever see this bylaw conviction if they pull an abstract from MTO?
