Not Hta But New Ontario Law About 21 And Under
I am really upset about the new law they just passed, the one about no one 21 and under (meaning unless your 22 and over this law applies to you) regardless of licence class, you may not have any alcahol in your blood.
Again, am I wrong on this law? anyone know the truth and the facts about this new law...

Correct, 0% BAC for anyone 21 or under. This particular issue already generated quite a bit of discussion here:
