Can you change them? A few months ago I was issued a ticket, which I took to the courthouse and entered in as Option 2 - Guilty with explanation. I have a court date set for June. Is it possible to change that plea to Not Guilty at this time, or am I stuck? Thanks in advance.

Sure you can. Just take all your paper-work back to the place you first went to. Tell them you need to change the plee. You get a different court date. Cheers Viper1

You might not even have to change the date, on which you could then rely on in case that the trial is rescheduled (the cop doesn't show up, whatever screwup they might have). You can't use this option if you extend your court date once.

Hi, last summer I was pulled over when I made a left turn from he middle lane at Harbor and Yonge Street (heading east on the Gardiner and taking the Yonge exit). I swear they nabbed about 10 people in 5 minutes. Anyways, I decided to challenge in court, my court date is in April and I have just…
