I was pulled over for doing 80kms in a unmarked 50km zone. The cops gave me a reduce ticket for 15kms over the limit instead and no demrits points. The ticket came out to be $100. I also got a ticket for not having my car ownership on me ($50). My question is should i go to court to fight these tickets? Or should i just pay up? I admit i was in the wrong and the police officer was nice enough to reduce the ticket and even joked around about where to find a nice local pub. I just can't afford for my insurance to go up, and I have a clean driving record.
Options on a reduce speeding ticket
Re: Options on a reduce speeding ticket
Something doesn't add up. The total payable for failing to produce a permit is $110 and for 15 over is $52.50
