How To Find If Officer Filed Ticket On Time?
I was just reading ticket combat's website and noticed that if the filing date is beyond seven days it is a fatal error, http://www.ticketcombat.com/offences/fatal.php
How do I go about to find out when my ticket was filed?
Btw, my offence happened in York Region and Provincial Offences Office is at 50 High Tech Road.
Thanks

In my experience, if the ticket is received after 7 days from the date of issue, the provincial offences office has it quashed. They won't even process it.

If anybody wants to know, go to the office where you ask for a trial date.
For me it was 50 High Tech Road in Richmond Hill.
