Time on ticket falls outside of time range of the sign.

Unread post by kevin327 »

The wife got this ticket and was wondering what's the chances of this ticket getting thrown out.

She drove through the intersection during rush hour and during the times it was not permitted. (i.e. 4-6)

BUT the time on ticket says 3:00pm.

Sounds like a good defence. You could request a resolution meeting with the crown and bring it up.

NOTHING I SAY ON HERE IS LEGAL ADVICE.
