132km/h In 100km/h In Belleville

Unread post by jackdavidson2002 »

I was going 130km/h according to my car's odometer. All cars were doing this, however I was the leader in the pack. The officer gave me a ticket for 132km/h and would not reduce it to anything less. The officer asked why i was speeding, and i said i had to get to ottawa for a meeting.

I wish to go to court, but have never been and have never gotten a speeding ticket.

I do not want any points.

What should I do?

1.Do i need disclosure, and if yes, how do i get it, and how does it help?

2.If i go to court, what should i say exactly?

3.any other tips?!?

Start by checking out the articles on http://www.ontarioticket.com/ about dealing with your ticket. Then use the search function on this forum to see if your question has already been asked and answered. Then ask specific questions and I'm sure you'll find people here very willing to help.

NOTHING I SAY ON HERE IS LEGAL ADVICE.
