The officer asked why i was speeding, and i said i had to get to ottawa for a meeting. I wish to go to court, but have never been and have never gotten a speeding ticket. I do not want any points. What should I do? 1.Do i need disclosure, and if yes, how do i get it, and how does it help? 2.If i go to court, what should i say exactly? 3.any other tips?!?
