So I was pulled over for doing 20km/hr over (120km/hr in a 100km/hr) on the 400. Going to use a new term I learned, but the officer was being a "left lane bandit", and not driving at a consistent speed, but driving between 110km and 120km, and I had been following him for a while at 120km with the cruise control on, and I decided to pass him on the right (in the middle lane). He pulled behind me, tossed on the lights and pulled me over. I'm nickel and dime-ing here, but if you were to go by what my GPS said, I was not even travelling below 120km/hr. Other notes, he was a city of Toronto officer, and as such, had Toronto tickets, but under municipality, he crossed out Toronto and put York. This occurrence happened in Simcoe county. Does this having any bearing in regard to the ticket or where court would take place? (The ticket says it would be in Toronto, in terms of accessibility, within Simcoe county would be better for me). What would be the best course of action from here? Thanks in advance.

I think you might mean above, or else that is some evidence you don't want to bring up in Court. 
I appreciate that nobody likes a left lane bandit, but passing a marked police cruiser at 20 over probably wasn't the best idea.
I believe tickets can be issued one jurisdiction over, so if York adjoins Toronto, then they can give you a Toronto ticket, and I believe you would have to attend Court in Toronto unfortunately. Hopefully someone can confirm or clarify.

I keep being told that if you are found to be driving with bare feet, you could be fined etc... but nowhere can I find the actual rule anyway. 1. The Officer has a Witness statement. If the Witness does not appear at Trail, can that statement be introduced at Trial by the Crown and used against me.?

Maintenance of commercial vehicle, DIY?
Is there a requirement for commercial vehicles to be maintained only by licensed mechanics (e.g., oil changes, tire rotations)? I'm working with Habitat for Humanity and we are looking into a cargo van for the ReStore; I'm more than capable of doing maintenance but I'm not sure if it is legal because I am not a licensed mechanic.
