Driving Record Included With Disclosure
I received a copy of my driving record with my disclosure. Why?

I would guess the officer ran it, printed a copy and put it in the file and whoever does disclosure just included it. I wouldn't worry about it - it won't be admitted at trial.
Former Ontario Police Officer. Advice will become less relevant as the time goes by !
