i got pulled over christmas eve day 2011 for trunk slightly being open....not bouncing up and down just lightly flopping about. then came to be charged with no insurance and sticker on plate wasn't mine.... but he let me go before issuing the ticket... didn' come and give it to me till February. Now trying to bribe me saying if I know anything about anyone that he will drop it....I am not a person that would do that so I am wondering if he maybe wrongfully pulled me over??

I'm not really following. How do you feel he wrongfully pulled you over? You said yourself your trunk wasn't secure and the validation sticker didn't belong on the plate.

It doesn't matter my court case came up today .... The crown lowered it to failure to provide insurance card.....and was given a $500 fine... I still had to plead guilty but the other charge was dropped....especially because the no insurance held a minimum fine of $5000....but just wondering will this add any points to my record ...
