Fake policy number - (false/invalid insurance card)

Unread post by noinsurance »

In this case only the policy number that was given was invalid in order to get the sticker + plates, after the purchase of a used vehicle. Anyone got this ticket before? What is the penalty for this? Please help shed some light on this...thx!

Plus we also lay criminal fraud charges. It is about the ugliest CAIA/HTA driving charge there is. I have yet to see ant crowns reduce or plea the charge away and fines given in court are always the maximum. GS
