Also bring in about 40 friends who are to testify on your behalf as "expert witnesses." Point them out to the Prosecutor when trying to plea-bargain, along with your mountain of evidence. Have them also bring in a stack of books. Failing that, pay another one to distract the officer with a Boston Cream. :wink:


On another note... except for getting the disclosure package, not much else you could've done. Sounds like you did just about everything right, from acting reasonably well at the roadside (why else would the officer have dropped it to 129), and in court (down to 119). Hopefully there won't be another need to fight a ticket for a while. :D
