operating motor vehicle in manner that causes loud and unnecessary noise.

apperently i got this ticket because i was doing donuts in a parking lot and then spun my tires.

the officer gave the ticket saying that no officers saw me doing it, but 2 witnesses reported it and said they would go to court. there was 4 people in my car including me. and we WERE NOT doing donuts. its a FWD it cant even do donuts..

whats the chance of me and 3 of my buddies going to court and winning against 2 "witnesses" ?? thanx

this ticket was also in nova scotia. i am a resident there and that is were i got the ticket..

I think people in your vehicle can not be witnesses...
