How Is Time Spent Waiting For Early Resolution Counted?
Hello everyone.
Currently, does the court consider the time spent waiting for an Early Resolution meeting to be neutral when filing for an 11b? Does the clock only start ticking once you file for trial?
Much appreciated
I'd suggest reading Corporation (City of Mississauga) v. Lam, 2012 ONCJ 734 (CanLII): http://canlii.ca/t/ftxn2
JP Quon discussed in length how choosing option 2 affects your 11b clock.
