Prohibited Contrary turn at intersection - 144 ( 9 )

Unread post by Mark »

I received above mentioned ticket while taking right turn at Young and queen intersection. There was a sign of no left or right turn. I ingnored the sign since I was getting late at massey hall. It was 8pm. Any suggestions on how to fight and win this ticket. Thanks

File for trial, do the proper paperwork, you stand a good chance. Esp. in TO, the chances of cop no-show is almost 50% we hear.

I would not really count on that tho, just in case the other 50% comes true. I would definitely prepare myself too. TO is extreme case.
