Your charges stem from using your scooter to cut across roads, which you kind of glossed over.
You need at the very least a M-Class license with a limited speed restriction. M with no restrictions would be even better. You need your plate (green limited speed), insurance, helmet, etc.
While harsh, the officer has every right to lay these charges ...

Re: Speeding Ticket for 89 km/h in 60 km/hr zone
The last name appeared on the notice for the trial is incorrect.
Notice of Trial doesn't mean anything. It's just a letter informing you of your court date. It's not your ticket.
Also, I requested a disclosure package and in the package the officer indicated my car colour to be grey, where as my car colour is Golden (Beige).

Re: Speeding Ticket - 0 Demerit points?
2- I got the ticket for 79km/h - fine of 108.75 (138.75w/tax). He said there is 3 points on it. Though it doesn't say that anywhere on the ticket? is it normal?
Points are a MTO thing. Officers have nothing to do with it. They are just automatically added once you're convicted. Amount of points is not going to be listed on your ticket. I'd ...

Re: Confuse plate identity. Please help! :(
One thing that is different is that it was a fake plate not issued by no Ministry and the other thing is that it was inside not on.
Are we talking about one of those faux-European plates that you're likely to see in the window of a Volkswagen?

There's no need to send it every month. You can send a second request 2-3 months later and leave it at that.canuckavelli wrote: Then I will send another one every month until I get disclosure.

Re: Challenging Legal Basis of Red Light Cameras
You're talking about 2 completely different things here.
Whether or not red light cameras make the world a safer place or is just a revenue source is irrelevant at your trial. It's an absolute liability offense. Either it's your vehicle that went through a red or it didn't. That's all. If you meet with a prosecutor and go into these ramblings ...

Re: First speeding ticket and it didn't get reduced
This is debatable. Many insurance companies do only look at the number of infractions, but 15 over is listed as a minor offence and 40 over is a major offence - even though they don't see the points they can still see this and it can definitely affect rates.
That said, any conviction is a conviction. A major usually increases insurance by about ...

No. Ambulance has the right to cross all intersections without stopping at all even though they slow down most of the time.

hi, i have recently been pulled over by a local Arnprior opp and his reasons were for tint on my front windows (i would say borderline to dark)
There's no law that specifies tint percentages in Ontario. If the officer says it's too dark, it's too dark. Take that into consideration for the future.
does this mean that every vehicle sold from new ...

Last week I saw a spot on the street that was designated for handicapped only. I have a handicapped parking permit that was clearly displayed on my car, so I parked there, paid the meter , and went to my doctor's appointment

I was planning to send the disclosure by mail and not include my phone number so that they are forced to mail it to me. And if they don't, it would work in my favour. You're (unknowingly I presume) contradicting yourself. If your son was pulled over so an officer can go over his documentation, then that's the reason he was pulled over. An officer in Ontario has every right to do so.
