Your charges stem from using your scooter to cut across roads, which you kind of glossed over.
You need at the very least a M-Class license with a limited speed restriction. M with no restrictions would be even better. You need your plate (green limited speed), insurance, helmet, etc.
While harsh, the officer has every right to lay these charges ...

The last name appeared on the notice for the trial is incorrect.
Notice of Trial doesn't mean anything. It's just a letter informing you of your court date. It's not your ticket.
Also, I requested a disclosure package and in the package the officer indicated my car colour to be grey, where as my car colour is Golden (Beige).

One thing that is different is that it was a fake plate not issued by no Ministry and the other thing is that it was inside not on.

You're talking about 2 completely different things here.
Whether or not red light cameras make the world a safer place or is just a revenue source is irrelevant at your trial. It's an absolute liability offense. Either it's your vehicle that went through a red or it didn't. That's all. If you meet with a prosecutor and go into these ramblings ...

Re: First speeding ticket and it didn't get reduced
This is debatable. Many insurance companies do only look at the number of infractions, but 15 over is listed as a minor offence and 40 over is a major offence - even though they don't see the points they can still see this and it can definitely affect rates.
That said, any conviction is a conviction. A major usually increases insurance by about ...

If they pay more attention to the video, it is possible to determine that the other vehicle entered the intersection on the yellow light from stopped position. http://i60.tinypic.com/w9hdfa.jpg

No. If someone is traveling straight they aren't obligated to do anything based on their own signals. You have to assume they are going to continue whether there's a signal or not. The onus is on you to make a turn only when it is safe to do so.TimmyOne wrote:wouldnt a right signal light have obligated a right turn at the fist intersection?

Whomever owns the plates, gets the ticket.
If you don't pay, you can't renew your plates. That's it.
Red light camera tickets have no impact on your license or insurance, even if it was addressed directed to you personally.
