Your best bet is to pay for a sticker immeditely and show them at an early resoultion. Sometimes they will drop it.
Having an "s" at the end of your street name is not going to make your ticket disapear. Also, you don't need notice. It's a courtesy. It's your responsibility to make sure these things are in order before you step into a vehicle.

Re: Disobey stop sign - fail to stop (on a snowy day)
Going through a stop sign without stopping is an absolute liability offense. It means you either stopped or you didn't. There's no middle ground or explanations. "I didn't stop but...." means you're already guilty. Even if you could provide an explanation, you should have been driving according to the conditions. If weather is a problem, drive ...

Re: Suspended out of province license
You have to exchange your license within 60 days of moving.
You can only exchange a VALID full class license. You'll have to sort out the suspension issue first.
You'll have to provide a couple forms of identification. Check the Ontario website for more specific details.
You can do it at any Drivetest Centre. I believe there's only one Service ...

You don't have to go through the mandatory wait times.
Insurance is going to be another issue though.

Re: Highway incident and insurance report
You have to report any accident to your insurance provider within 7 days. If you are unable to do that (eg: you're in a hospital), they'll expect you to report it as soon as possible.

She explained the situation to the officer, but ended up getting the maximum fine of $325 and 3 demerit points.
This is probably written down in the officers notes. If you hadn't waited till the absolute last second, you could have requested disclosure and found out for sure. If she's already admitted guilt to the officer (which it sounds like ...

Re: Taking hands off motorcycle handlebars
The closest thing in the Highway Traffic Act that deals with hand position would be the distracting driving law (eg: just the act of holding a cell phone). It doesn't apply here, but it's the closest thing. Now if I replace the cell phone with a sandwich, it's no longer distracted driving because it's not an electronic device.

What I don't get is how come I got charged with 2 acts, shouldn't the officer choose one of them?
The short answer is no. The long answer is we probably don't know enough about your case to give you a definitive answer. There's lots of circumstances that can fall under stunt driving that will see you get charged. You don't have to be speeding ...

Re: Caught with a Suspended Driver's Licence for Unpaid Fine
You're going to have some issues here and I don't know if you're going to get away with it that easy. It's quite possible a prosecutor will have enough of your excuses and move forward with some, or maybe all of the charges.

Re: MD suspended my licence due to alcohol, no car, DUIs etc
As already pointed out, doctors are required by law in Ontario to report any condition that would affect your ability to drive. They do not have a choice. They are also compensated for their time filling out the form, so there's really no reason for them not to do it. There's a list of conditions that would have to be reported. Alcohol related ...
