HE IS NOW GOING TO SCHOOL IN ONTARIO AND WOULD LIKE TO GET HIS LISCENSE BACK. DOES HE HAVE TO GO BACK TO NOVA SCOTIA OR CAN HE GET IT BACK HERE. I HAVE CONTACTED BOTH THE MINISTRY OF TRANSPORTATION IN BOTH NOVA SCOTIA AND ONTARIO AND THEY CONFLICT WITH THEIR INFORMATION. HELP!!!

What is the conflicting information that they're giving you? If you pay off all outstanding fines and a reinstatement fee, your son should get a new licence. Might have to start over as G1 though depending on how long he's been suspended and what level he was at prior to the suspension.

If the MTO is aware of your son's situation, I'd just go with what they say. They'll be the ones giving your son his licence back.
