When can you request Disclosure?
I have been issued a summons for Nov 4th where I am guessing I will have to enter a plea and a trial date will be set.
Can I ask for disclosure now? Or do I have to wait?
Just want some clarification. Also where will the trial be and who should
i contact to request the disclosure? The summons if for a court in L'orinial Ontario.

A part 3 summons? If so, your first attendance date on the face of the certificate will be for you to receive disclosure and set a next date. You will not have to enter a plea until the trial.
