Expired sticker help

Unread post by Perj »

Hubby got pulled over today for an expired car sticker. He was shocked and had no idea that it expired in November. So here's what we noticed: A). We never got a renewal notice about it B) DH also renewed his license in August, got a temporary license till the liscence would be mailed. We never got that either? The temporary license has our Correct address on it -- dh didn't get a ticket for that C) address on ticket has an "S" on the end of the street name making the name incorrect. WWYD? Any defence?

Re: Expired sticker help

Your best bet is to pay for a sticker immeditely and show them at an early resoultion. Sometimes they will drop it. Having an "s" at the end of your street name is not going to make your ticket disapear. Also, you don't need notice. It's a courtesy. It's your responsibility to make sure these things are in order before you step into a vehicle.
