Re: Interpreter request
The system is as compliant as it needs to be, which is too compliant in some cases. Don't abuse it for amusements sake.

Does it say anything in the notes about an alignment check?
If the officer is required to do one prior to the shift the he should have a note about it too. At 300 meters a small alignment issue makes a big difference.

I originally decided to take this case on as a sort of science experiment, since I was curious how our justice system works.
1+1=2.
Bear, you wonder why there is so much time wasting/ no shows in traffic courts and we (the common folk) wonder why there is so much paperwork ...

Long story short: Wait for disclosure and go from there. And don't get anymore tickets in the mean time.

Re: braking distances accepted by courts
If physics are involved ask the officer for his calculations and the braking coefficient of your car, the effect of gravity at the time and the expect life of your brake pads and rotors, the coefficient of your tires on the driving surface....etc.... he'll get the point.
Basically every time you stop your car it is different, not by much but it is ...

Could cause an issue- 500,000 volt hydro transmission lines, directly above and across the highway where I was targeted
Also an issue- traffic behind target and ahead of cruiser.
