On the reaction time test above, I averaged .220, (190 to 230) a spread of about .04 seconds. So with that the 12.4 seconds can mean a spread of 12.36 sec (145.63km/hr) to 12.44 sec, (144.69km/hr)spread of less than 1km/h (for the sake of argument). That doesn't seem that inaccurate at all

If you move fast you can file a 4F which is your right to a speedy trial. You'll have to make 3 copies,one for the Attorney General, one for the court and one more for.....I can't remember. But these need to be filed 15 days before your court date.... A paralegal could do this quickly for you and you may be able to talk them down in price.....good ...

The fine amount being wrong should get you off the ticket......

Your next trip to the court house should include as much information from what you described as you can find. You may be able to get lieniency due to the hardships in your life, but that is upto the JP. Good luck.

You won't get screwed if they call early. You were told 2 so 2 or later it should be.

And I have not seen any cases called early, but I have not had that many tickets....

Hello, it's been 3 months now since I sent the ticket in to fight it and I haven't heard anything and I'm worried it got lost in the mail or whatever.. I had a very similar stop a few years back. I thought that there were "No Pedestrian" signs on all on ramps to 4-series highways.

Meet with the prosc and go from there......if he's willing to deal without much hassle the officer may not be there.....

If you can substantiate the extended circumstances then the court may have grounds to offer more of a reduced charge. It's really a roll of the dice if you talk to the prosecutor or explain the details of the other going on's in your life.
