We send notes at arrival of supeona. So in some cases disclosure will be ready before a person requests it.
That will show why the disclosure was stamped mid July even though you requested it at the end of July.

When would I search or as to when to search? Well lets go back to the good kid from the beginning...
Perhaps he is not so clean cut. Perhaps he has been stopped in the past and drugs found on him or his friends. It could be that a joint was found either on him at school or if he was picked up for shop lifting. Perhaps he was with a friend who was ...

Re: Your rights when the five O pull you over
My job is not to teach the kid his rights.
If I ask to search and he consents I am doing just that.
I know my rights and when I can search. I have a job to do and will do it.
Besides if anything is found and he is charged the courts will most likely toss the search anyways.

While it may not affect your current premiums it is on your driving record. So if you change carriers they will see it. What would you do if you were the insurance company ad saw a 3 day alcohol suspension.
Only chance to fight it is at the roadside. You can demand a second test with a new alcotest.

Depends on where the ticket was issued. Here all of our court is scheduled for our day and afternoon shifts so court is just part of us going to work.
Plus if we miss court we can get done up by PSS on charges. So for us do not count on us not being there.

Re: Offence Section Missing - Question.
Here on a part 1 it seems to be hit or miss. Seems to depend on JP and prosecutor of they chose to run with it. If a person has a good record they seem to withdraw. Poor record they fight hard.
On a part 3 it seems to have no bearing as the first court date it is explained and all proper defense cab be in place for the trial.

not double dipping. Two independent suspensions. one offense is driving with over 50 BAC and the second offense is driving with BAC greater than 0.
You made the choice to drive after drinking with the G2... This is now one of the consequences for that choice.
You want your DL back you have to pay the fee.

Nope. Both suspensions are independent of each other. You need to fulfill the conditions of each. If the Immobilizer has to be there a year then it has to be there a year.

You are under two different suspension numbers. which means two different suspensions. One is for the plea is time based and it ends will disappear. The second is for the drunk driving and will not disappear until you meet the conditions.
Neither supersedes the other.

Ok one more time. You will Not ever get a witnesses address or criminal record ever.... You cannot have that for a criminal trial so you will not get it for a poa trial.
Even a background check for employment will not disclose what convictions are for only that there are convictions.
I wish ticket combat would take that off it just makes people ...

Go to the POA court and speak to prosecutor. I know here they have payment plans but they are stringent. Miss a payment and for the most part your suspended until entire amount is paid.
Oh and it was not a mistake it was a choice you made. A mistake is turning left instead of right.

No I think the system works pretty well as it is. Forces most people to pay their fines or no DL.
Don't want a license suspended. Pay fines owed. ( or at least make payments)
Pretty simple
Your DL suspension is your fault and no one elses. You got a ticket and did nothing about it.
Now that action has a consequence....
