If I have trouble seeing you so do others including anyone who wants to complain about your driving or perhaps a pedestrian / cyclist who's trying to ensure they've been seen by making eye contact.

Thank God for the Partridge. As an LEO I always lay the Careless. But I never get a court slip for trial. It always and I mean always gets negotiated down. I recommend early resolution and see what the offer is. Likely follow too close.

Notes are hard to decipher, every officer makes their own shorthand. Soundslike it took him forever to get you stopped then once he did, he exited his vehicle and you drove away causing him to cut you off and force you off the road.
