Don't count calendar days, wait 8-10, contact the MTO to get a written transcript that you are reinstated, then you can drive.

I don't think any JP will convict for a 1 second of squealing, that can be as you all described above, VS the guy who lays a 100 m long patch leaving the Tim's while his buddies cheers him on.

That's not exactly a reliable measurement....LOL...Wife gets motion sickness on rapid acceleration, and she didn't say a thing.
Well I wasn't there, so it's hard for me to say anything else based on one side, would be interesting to hear from the officers...

Well if we aren't catching 300,000 suspended drivers, I think we need to get stricter!
Secondly, nobody is ever found guilty on the spot, these all involve pleading guilty or being found guilty.
Today I'm out riding my own motorcycle, having posted something earlier I was in an enforcement mindframe (though off duty), so I started counting people ...

Not that it's difficult, but remember, squeaky wheels get the grease? Spin your tires by driving aggressively = stunt driving.
If you drive in a manner that shouts 'aggressive' expect people (police) to notice.
Take it to court.

Re: Disobey Sign-Section 182(2) No Left during specific hours
100% do not.
It's a municipal bylaw, as long as you pay them, it's not recorded on your driving history, if you don't you DL may not be renewed.
It's not part of the MTO database.

You might be right, but I thought the stop had to be "initiated" on the public highway (lights activated). I didn't think you could drive on to someones property and THEN flick on the cherries and commence with the demand for drivers license. This sticks in my mind from years ago... Might have even been an American site I was on.

Re: Disobey Sign-Section 182(2) No Left during specific hours
1) Let them do the talking.
2) The charge may depend on what's available in your local bylaws
3) Why not? You can make you're own pitch for a lesser offence, save the paralegals for the arguing bit, they're rather expensive and often don't do anything you couldn't.

Advise the Justice that you were notified that disclosure was not available til Thursday, and the logistical issues around it, then request an adjournment, it won't be cited against you. It's the prosecution's delay.

On second thought, you are clearly writing some excellent English, seems like you are making a mockery of the justice system by asking for something you don't require to have a fair trial.

Steady speed fuel economy.
Fuel economy at steady speeds with selected vehicles was studied in 1973, 1984, and 1997. The most recent study[11] indicates greater fuel efficiency at higher speeds than earlier studies; for example, some vehicles achieve better mileage at 65 than at 45 mph (72 km/h),[11] although not ...

Not a moving violation. No points. It's a ticket sure. But does it make you a less safe driver cause you forgot your licence in your other pants? No.

No. Ontario owned / registered vehicles must conform to law of Ontario. Quebec has their rules for their vehicles, there's no way to obtain a second plate in Quebec.
Equipment like mufflers, window tint etc must conform to the roadways on which they operate regardless of home turf.
