I received a ticket for "fail to drive in marked lane" yet that offence is not listed here on this site in the forum options.

Also, my postal code, drivers licence number, and birthday are all wrong on the ticket.

will this be thrown out?

Fail to drive in marked lane is an offence under s. 154(1)(a).

As to the errors, that's been discusses here before, at length. The answer is...it depends.

All of that is amendable in court....... don't rely on it to beat the charge.
