What errors on the Offence Notice are considered fatal errors, a ticket my daughter received you can't read the street name. The person that prepared the Notice of Trial was unable to read it, (as they put a different street on the form). Went to first court date and the court clerk was unable to read the street name. The only person that was able to read it is the PC who wrote the ticket. The other problem is we were unable to read the PC note's we received in disclosure. Is not beening able to read the street name a fatal error, any feadback on this point would be greatly appreciated. wgjefd
