hi, I am wondering what would be the fine or charges in Ontario for the following cases. - you were found using an improper muffler? - you were found using an improper muffler and found there is no catalytic converter on the vehicle.. please advise. thanks

What exactly were you charged with according to the OHTA? More info would help...

well, this is just a general question. its like you know how cops gives away tickets on illegal muffler (ex: due to sound, etc) what are the fines or penalties for it. and if there is no catalytic converter on the vehicle, and is found out by the cop, what would they do? in terms of charge, or fines?
