[urgent, Only 10 Days To Go] How To Reschedule For A Trial

Unread post by tigersh21 »

Hey guys,

It was a speeding ticket. They sent the notice of trial on March 30th. I received it two weeks after because of a address change. The trial date is on May 10th at the old metro hall. Today is May 1st, only 10 days to go. Right now I figure out it is very hard for me to show up on 10th because of work. What should I do to reschedule, in this limited time?

Thanks very much!

Go in to the courthouse and talk to a clerk. You'll have to appear before a JP to re-schedule/postpone the trial.
