So I Got A Speeding Ticket Last November, The Officer Got Me For 15 Over

So i got a speeding ticket last november, the officer got me for 15 over and told me there will be no demerit points. So i just paid it. (The ticket was like $50) but now many months have passed (4 months) and i checked my driving record and my record is clean. What could’ve caused this?j
