Incorrect Spelling Of Last Name
I RECIEVE A SPEEDING TICKET BY THE O.P.P GOING 45 KMH OVER. MY NAME WAS SPELLED CORRECTLY ON THE TICKET . I DISPUTED THE TICKET AND ALL DOCUMENTS FROM THE COURT HAVE MY NAME SPELLED WRONG. IS THERE CASE LAW TO HAVE THE TICKET DISMISSED FOR THIS REASON?
THANKS IN ADVANCE
No, you can't get your ticket dismissed for that.
