Hi all, My offence occurred early April of 2013. The trial date was scheduled for late February 2014. Because there wasn't enough to time for my case, I only had the chance to plea not guilty and the Justice adjourned the trial to mid-late June 2014, which is more than 14 months from my offence date (early April). Should I submit a 11b? What case law should I cite for my Form 4F? Do I need a transcript from the trial on February 2014? What other documents do I need to submit? Thanks!
