Justice adjourned; trial is 14 month from offence date. 11b?

Hi all,
My offence occurred early April of 2013. The trial date was scheduled for late February 2014.
Because there wasn't enough to time for my case, I only had the chance to plea not guilty and the Justice adjourned the trial to mid-late June 2014, which is more than 14 months from my offence date (early April).
Should I submit a 11b? What case law should I cite for my Form 4F? Do I need a transcript from the trial on February 2014? What other documents do I need to submit?
