T-intersection school bus driver started pulling out its stop sign and bar as i was in the middle of left turning
Am I supposed to stop there? I haven't come across the situation before so I was taken aback as he was honking excessively as his sign began to pull out. I had stopped at my stop sign and had already begun to turn before the bus had even come to a full stop at his own stop sign? I'm very scared and nervous as to what can happen 
It was very confusing as it was an all-way stop so I thought the bus was just going for a regular stop

If you've started your turn or are otherwise about to pass the school bus, the driver should wait until you have passed before putting on the lights and putting out the stop sign. Alternatively, the driver should realize that you're too close to stop but that everyone else will stop.
