Flashing blue light question Hi All;
It is my understanding that a vehicle involved in snow removal operations is to have a blue flashing light. I was recently told that it has to be orange, do I need a new light? ( private plowing, not road work)

This came up at coffee break so I thought I would ask...
When I see a car in the ditch on a secondary road ( not a divided hiway) and the car seems undamaged, what is the legalities of offering to pull it out?
