Need help to decide during the weekend which form to use for serving motion to stay the proceedings under 11b - unnecessary delay for traffic ticket trial- whether I use form 4F or "NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR STAY OF PROCEEDINGS"
I have read all excellent posts but got confused between process in http://www.ticketcombat.com and help on "how to file 11b" in these forums.
Would appreciate a quick reply because I have to serve the notices on Monday August19, 2013.

focus on the 11b topic created here, do use use the 4F, forget the 4F form.
