Unsecured load how long to bring charges was over 64 days handed me summons to appear court no out of court fone

June 11 2018 police talk but havin unsecured load on that day alleged never heard back to aug 19 2018 officer handed me summons to appear to court is 30 day limit there no option pay out of court is this legal thanks tdm

They have 6 months from the date of the infraction to serve you with a summons to court, so they are still within the legal time limit.
