It's still good today. It expires at midnight, as today transitions to tomorrow.

Thanks for the replied, I appreciated it. So last night my girlfriends brother (physically disabled permanently) was staying over for the night and he had his handicap parking permit. I parked up on the side of my building at around 10:30ish pm. Wake up to this morning to find a 15 dollar ticket (parking for more than 3 hours). Ticket was written at 4 am. Do they really expect us to wake up middle of night to re park? It crazy! I blame my neighbors though!

anytime you get a ticket at that time of the night is a few reasons 1 (most likely) a complaint was rung in 2 they do roving patrols, 3 (if a complaint has been made) usually they book everyone on the street I used to do a late night shift, a couple of times I've parked up at 2am in the morning and get a ticket (apparently) left at 4am
