booo booo ... I liked the trail, seemed we were going at a nice even pace(maybe even a flow)....and BAM...someone tried to pass on a thread  gotcha  :D
I will speak specific to the 2 lanes that I work on, are quite heavy and we have poor drivers (passing groups of cars, cutting in at last moment) and collisions with injuries. A ...

Re: Changed ticket
Can I ask -- have you ever modified a ticket after issuing it to the driver? Or, more importantly, have you ever been told that it was OK to do so?
Can you ask? You just did
Right from when I first started, my coach told me to never alter the face once the copy was given to the driver.

. If the officer was behaving as you described, then you could have called the other 3 drivers as character witnesses against the officer.........I wonder how backed up the court really was?

Re: Disobey Stop sign - sign location suspect - need Ont. spec's
. Based upon most 'T' intersections the wider road most often has 'right of way'. This intersection is definitely not the norm and based upon my measurements is improperly signed/signalled.
In most "T" the road going straight has the right of way, with the stop sign of course for the driver coming to a "T". Unless of course it is an all way stop ...

Re: Cop no show
Specifically, multi-lane approaches with cars parked on right (as Stavebank Road S. ) should not be "all-way stops" .
I have never driven there, but just zoomed with google maps....it is single lane traffic, with parking on the side. So I just don't buy the sign is too far too the right thing.
A prudent driver in an unfamiliar area would be ...

even less revenue ends up being there to fight more important stuff, like drive-by shootings.
More deaths across Canada in traffic fatalities compared to all criminal stuff put together.....so direct the attention to where the most deaths occur...on the hwys.....

I apologize, but do not know what a "Critical Mass" is ?
Unless, a intersection is controlled by a police officer (physically standing there directing traffic) all rules of the road apply.
I see this type of thing in funeral processions, drivers blowing lights, stop signs that are not controlled by police. These drivers will be at fault in a ...
