Bookm gave you some good advice here. Photographs may or may not help, but be aware of the following:
- Have the originals and the camera that took them
- Take the photographs yourself
- After taking photos, have a real photo shop do the prints (e.g. Black's)
- If using digital camera, have the original data card , CD of the prints and the prints ...

Education is not free, government forces us to send kids there.. Our property tax pays for that....before we have children, while we have children and until we die we pay taxes for education. I can not imagine the rise if we had to foot the bill for education beyond high school, those persons are old enough to get their butt out of the house and go ...

Our office is outdoors with glare all day. Certainly going to protect my eyesight. Glasses are not issued for the most part, unless it is a specialty type of unit. Marine units are issued glasses for the increased glare. MC riders are issued glasses that are safety sunglasses, to prevent a stone in the eyeball.

If one does not have a cellphone, can always leave their hazards on, slow down and drive to the closest gas station. Gas stations and variety stores all have video, should the person be an imposter at least it is on camera.

Think that is where lies the problem with a many that argue the limit of 80mgs.

I hate when the car sales person asks...do you want those optional signal lights installed for $99.99?
A. Why er...yes
Q. For an extra $39.99, would you like the wiring hooked up too
A. yes
Q. For an extra $19.99, would you like a bulb in each lens?
A. Got the wiring, might as well
Great, we'll even toss in a activation handle free ...

Doesn't the law require that any person charged, needs to fully understand the charges against them. ? By that I take it that it means that they (the accused) are to be given all they need in order to obtain that understanding.

Re: How do I bring up ERRORS in officers notes at TRIAL?
the errors might not be errors. The notes are used to refresh an officers memory and many use short hand and the short hand is rarely the same from officer to officer.
(ie: someone might think that short hand L2 is a Ultralyte laser model 2, when in fact in could be "lane 2" on the highway)

Re: plaincloths officer stopped me for not checking
As a female, this concerns me. I would not stop for an unmarked (as in Jeep, for instance) plainclothed *individual* attempting to pull me over. I would use a cellphone to call 911 or go to the nearest populated area or police station for my own safety. If I cannot readily identify that the person attempting to pull me over is a police officer, I ...

All good points, but the initial post in this thread mentioned a person in plain clothes, and said he flashed a "badge" that had the word "Constable" on it. That's what makes me wonder if the initial poster didn't meet someone who is actually in another line of work, and prompted me to wonder just how we do know if somebody in plain clothes ...

The "warrant card" is the piece of ID that confirms the officer. The card has the officers name, police service and rank.
Many different occupations have "badges" (fire, EMS, MTO, some security guards, CBSA, MNR, MOF, MOE, etc).
This is why in the assault police cases from criminal courts, arguements of officer identity was an issue. It was ...
