This is because the judge ruled that... I'm going to paraphrase... that since the aircraft was timing a car between two fixed points, they could not pinpoint any exact speed at any given point in time. Further that the "average speed" was not sufficient to sustain the charge and therefore that "average speed" was essentially not viable..

if any...good news....it is 10 points for an Quebec driver.....Ontario applies it as a conviction "50km/hr over the posted speed limit" which is 6 points. See, just saved you 4 points, probably not what you wanted to hear.

We are not allowed to give a "copy" of any part of a manual to anyone as it is a copyrighted. We have provided a manual at the court for someone to peruse thru if their so intent.
What about the typed notes. How can I request that after a prosecutor has flat denied me them because he "doesn't ever ask for his officer to type notes"

Hold on a sec. No seatbelt (passenger) carries 2 demerit points and a warning letter from MTO for G1/G2 drivers. Why was her license suspended? Did you read the letter wrong or does she have other convictions?

A licence plate has nothing to do with the safety of the vehicle.
A "10-day permit" and "dealer plates" are temporary, not permanently attached to a vehicle like normal plates. The HTA also specific where temporary permits and plates must be attached. The temporary is also paper and would not last in various weather conditions.
